Apopka is a city of about 42,000 people to the northwest of Orlando.  In addition to the city itself, there are a lot of rural areas and farms, especially nurseries, surrounding the city.

Apopka presents some challenges to those buying a home.  There are many older homes and numerous newer communities.  Only a Home Inspector with extensive and varied experience can be able to do a good job on all of them.  You do not want a Home Inspector that is only familiar with newer homes to do the inspection on your home if it is one of the older ones.  They may both be houses but there are a number of things that an unexperienced Home Inspector could miss.

I have extensive experience with new construction and I am familiar with inspecting homes under construction as well as those that have been there for years.  I also have a lot of experience with older homes, including quite a bit of remodeling, in homes that were built around the turn of the century.  I know what to look for whether the home is new, old or in between.

Make sure that the home inspector you use has the knowledge needed to inspect the home you are buying.  If not, you could be in for some expensive surprises.
